parts for faulty/defective workmanship and 1 year onsite support. |
| We now give you 1 year onsite support, but you should consider our
extended Support Deal which may save you time, money
and hassle over the next 5 years. |
| PC's are quite inexpensive these days to buy, but the
cost's can mount up on after sales problems. As we already
deal with onsite support for Computers and networking, we are in a
strong position to give you great after sales support.
Any PC systems we sell that develop a
fault, including the monitor and that need to be returned to the
manufacturer, we will loan you a replacement one until repaired!!

For a payment of £160 we will support
the PC you have purchased from us for Software problems, Hardware and configuration problems
for five years.
Software problems are limited to software we supplied.
If the part is within guarantee
it will be replaced free of charge. If the parts are out of guarantee,
you will be given a no
obligation quote for the parts with no charges for fitting them.
If the PC is brought/posted to us there will be no callout charge, but there will be a £10 charge if we have to deliver/post it back to you.
Work carried out still has our guarantee.

Once payment has been made a contract will be issued around 7 days later.

The 5 year and 1 year onsite support deals cover the same support, but
the extended 5 year deal will of course last 5 years and is excellent
peace of mind.
