• Occasionally, as a last resort, your hard disc may need need to be wiped and software re-installed.  If you agree with this, we will  put all your document files back on your system along with software you have. (We will do our best to recover your data, but cannot be held responsible for data loss as it is your responsiblity to backup important data on a regular basis).  Also at your request, we can make sure that any emails you had in your inbox and any custom folders you created to store emails you wanted to keep along with your email contacts will be restored back on the new installation.  This is a feature not many others do.

Software

• We can supply software cheaper than high street prices and install/upgrade it
• We can resolve issues with programs and drivers
• We can  cure your PC If you are plagued by popup web pages, web page hijackings or other infections such as a viruses or malware/spyware
• We can manually detect and remove infections without wiping your data.  Can be done in most Malware/spyware cases where detection programs will not detect or remove
• We can resolve error messages by detecting and fixing the problem
• If you need some help or basic training on how to work a program or windows operating system, then we can help. £90 for around 3 hours at your home*

Hardware

• We can repair hardware issues ranging from a totally dead PC to operational problems
• Run diagnostic checks to check your PC hardware is working correctly
• Find the correct memory for your PC/Laptop and install it 
• Replace the hard drive and clone your data to it
• Upgrade your power supply to a more heavy duty one
• Fit your PC in a new more stylish Case
• We can upgrade/replace any parts as you require
• Supply and replace damaged parts
• We will make sure that the new part functions correctly and does not interfere with other parts.

Networking and Internet

• We can setup and encrypt a wireless network for you or resolve problems you may be having
• We can setup and maintain a wired network for peer-to-peer or domain servers
• Networking allows files to be shared between computers, Internet sharing, printer sharing and running games servers
• All PC's on your network can be linked to play the same game (software permitting) giving a new dimension in gaming fun
• Our main technician Terry Cousins, is Microsoft certified for Administering Windows NT server and Citrix Metaframe
• Internet problems can be diagnosed onsite and cured or advice given
• Many home users have set up their own wireless networks, but have not encrypted them.  This leaves your network and internet access free for the public to access!!

Data recovery

• We can recover your data from a (faulty/not working/operating system damaged )PC or laptop to DVD or CD as long as the disk is functional.
• Very cheap price, £30-£70 and backup up to DVD/CD.
• If we cannot recover data due to failed disks, we charge £30 for the service.
• If the disk surface is damaged we will try our best to recover it, but full recovery cannot be guaranteed, but most of the data should be recovered.
• Deleted files can be mostly recovered with our forensic level software, not the cheap £60 programs
• For advanced data recovering of electronic/mechanical controller failure, we currently use a specialist partner company to recover your important data, but prices are hundreds of pounds
