| Terry Cousins is the managing Director and IT expert. He
has computer experience since 1982 and worked for over eleven years with a large local company with hands on experience
with software and hardware. He began his IT career as a COBOL programmer/Unix
support back in 1993 and progressed on to NT servers and PC's becoming an
Analyst programmer. Now
from 2004, he is with CompuTek Limited.

Guarantees |
| All labour we carry out comes with a seven day guarantee for the same problem we have supposedly fixed. So if a problem we have left as fixed, is still not right, it will be solved at no extra cost to you. |
| All parts will have at least 1 years manufacturers guarantee. There is no charge for exchange of faulty parts sold by us, but there will be a callout charge if we have to visit you. |
| For Computer systems we sell, we recommend our Support package. This will give you cover for any software, hardware parts and configuration problems for five years. |
| PC's we sell come with 12 months on-site support for hardware and software problems with only a £10 call-out fee. |
